How I Can Help with Addiction

Addiction is a complex issue. There are many factors that can contribute to developing an addiction. Some may be out of a person’s control, such as genetics or exposure to drugs or alcohol at an early age. Other factors, such as stress or trauma, can increase the risk of developing an addiction.

As a licensed psychotherapist and Certified Addiction Professional, I can help you address the underlying issues that have contributed to your addiction. We will work together to identify and address any trauma that may have occurred in your life. I will help you develop coping and problem-solving skills to deal with stressors in your life. We can work together to develop a relapse prevention plan; to avoid future slips and relapses.
